so i've been running 3 times a week, additional cardio the days i don't run plus toning exercises like crunches, squats, lunges and all that fun stuff but... nothing! i've also been eating way better than i used to and have cut my calorie intake, keeping it way under my handy dandy burn meter, but i've only managed to lose a pound. all the extra flab is still hanging on my belly and thighs and it seems to plan on staying there!
any help?

here's my run down:
5'1, 106 lbs, started working out/running 2 weeks into January of 09
I run for about 20 minutes 3-4 days a week, but can't do more than a half a mile in one run (i've been trying to work on that too)
at home cardio for about 30-45 minutes, includes me moving and twisting and squating to my favorite songs to break a sweat and get my heart rate up
toning includes: crunches on a bender ball, side crunches, push ups, lunges, squats, and elbow to knee twists (standing up)
and my main concern is losing belly flab, which, isn't happening.
