fast tips on losing weight
what are some of the fastest and healthiest ways to lose weight. I quite often feel hungry and I am looking for some ways to stay full longer. Does anyone have any tips that they can help me with? Thank you.....
exercise everyday if possible. Do a ton of cardiovascular exercises like jogging; also count your calories diligently, make sure that you don't go over your deficit. That's about it.
edit: As far as your desire to stay fuller longer, avoid foods and liquids that are densely packed with calories like colas and cereal. Those things are jam packed with calories in very small packages that don't satisfy. Eat most fruits and vegetables since most are generally low cal, and quite filling.
There's no healthy fast way to lose weight. Sorry. But to stay full longer try eating more fiber, and protein fills you up. And if you feel hungry maybe you aren't eating enough. Exercise, drik tons of water, and you'll lose weight.
If you want to stay full for a longer period of time, eat more unprocessed foods. Things such as raw veggies, whole grains, fruits, nuts and lean proteins are a start. Fruits and veggies have such low calories per serving (for the most part) that you can eat more food for less calories.
I also know that cooking helps me eat less. I think the process of taking the time to plan, prepare and cook adds into the whole meal. In the end it is more rewarding and satisfies me more than running through the drive through.
Mortalmonkey is right, counting your calories is a big step in losing weight.
Thank ya'll so much for your help. I definetly know that I need to start eating more fruit and vegetables, but I never thought about the fact that they could help me to stay full longer. I will definetly be trying that. Thank you....

I agree with momof2funykds, I really do believe that great weight loss comes with doing it slowly. The slower the better.. Fast weight loss always end up in fast gain back with extra pounds. You don't want that. A healthy way in losing weight is... Exercise, and drinking lots of water.. Making sure you get 21 grams of fiber if not more a day, and finding out how much protein you need a day to stay full longer.
Some kind of consistent aerobic exercise should help stabilize your metabolism more. I know if I do aerobics two days in a row, I'm not very hungry for a few days. Also, if I cut out unnatural foods and sugars, that really helps. I stay fuller from meats, fruits and veggies, as well as cottage cheese, yogurt, and oatmeal. Consistency is key, and your body will get used to it - the healthy foods and less calories, and then you won't feel hungry anymore.
Healthy unprocessed foods and portion control!

protein is very filling too, so eat wgg whites and eggs, tofu, cottage cheese and such
Other posters are right: dump all your refined carbs and buy whole grain, fiber rich products (Barilla Plus pasta, Mission Foods high fiber tortilla, quinoa instead of white rice, high-fiber bread like Mrs Baird fiber plus). Add beans to your entree-that will keep you full (and they are cheaper than meat). Eat lean proteins like Egg Beaters. Fortunately these days the grocery store is full of options...
