Fast weight Loss loose 2 stone in 3 weeks
Hello thank you for checking my topic and my post etc etc. i want to know how to loose 2 stone in quick succession. (one after the other not too long) My aim 3 weeks
I consume an average amount of callories here is my diet plan
Morning -> Nothing Sometimes a tea no sugar
Lunch -> Skip sometimes, can't be bothered max 300 calls Sandwich
or
Morning -> Tea
Lunch -> Nothing
After studies -> Cereal, Junk Like the odd tesco sandwich 500 >calls
Indian for dinner -> 400 calls
Dinner -> If i eat a diet high in carbs like 37 maybe i skip Lunch or I eat Indian Home Made veg/non- veg. i think indian food is high in carbs and calls so 500cals id say.
Excersize: I have an elliptical at home i train on that for 50 Mins on a regular basis maybe 5 times a week i also practice close quarters combat weight training for 20 mins on top of the 50 mins and i try and do around 10 press ups and 10 pushups but i need a mat.
the Eliptical after 50 mins of solid resistance level 15 rpm 55> almost 200 carbs maybe 180. I hear that its good to loose more than you consume and that drinking water (cold) uses up callories but i also heard cold water slows your metabolism.
Oh yeah i weigh around 137 correction lol LBS and im 6 foot

So, you are 127lbs and 6 feet tall which puts you at a BMI of 17.2 which is already severly underweight, and you want to lose 28lbs for a bmi of 13.4?

wait... you are 6 feet tall and you weigh 127? and then you want to lose 2 stone which if I am not mistaken is 28 lbs. That is wrong and very unhealthy. Your diet is unhealthy too. You will be severly underweight and do more damange to your body and mental health than you think.

You are going about this all wrong. But please correct me if I have misunderstood anything.
I can bet that if you follow that diet:
you wont loose fast at all, mayb the first pounds yea but in a mom you will just stop loosing them
you will feel tired and without energy
you will hate that diet
you will gain every pound u lost with this diet in less than a week and even put on more
if you want to loose weight, first of all, you have to get a POSSIBLE objective, and then get a 500-1000(i would say 500, i wouldnt recomend 1000) calorie deficit.
is this a joke? do you understand that at the weight you could be hospitalized? you need to reevaluate your goals

- Skipping meals is very unhealthy... people who skip meals are likely to be fatter than those who eat regularly
- Minimum food intake for a sedentary adult woman is 1200, a sedentary teenage girl or adult man 1500, a sedentary teenage boy 1800.... less than that and you'll end up very ill, especially if you're exercising on top.
- 127lbs is 9st 1lb..... if you're 6' tall you're seriously underweight/emaciated and should see your doctor for advice. If you've translated stones to pounds wrongly (1 stone = 14lbs) or if it's a typo please make a correction.
- An imbalanced diet puts you at real risk of malnutrition. A menu of junk, sandwiches and indian takeaways is imbalanced. You need vegetables, fruit, grains, fats, meat, fish, beans, eggs.... all kinds of foods to be fit and well.

You are looking for a very unhealthy weight. If you are 6 foot tall and weigh 140 lbs, your BMI is 19 and is classified as Underweight. If you get to 9 stone, you'll have a BMI of 17.1 and if you get down to 8 stone, you'll be at a BMI of 15.2 which is really starting to get low. Are you really 6 foot tall or is that a typo? You don't sound like you need to lose any weight, in fact I'd suggest you gain a few pounds.
