Hello all, I have a story and a question.

My story is that I lost down from 132 to 123 the healthy way. I have had a very annoying binging cycle after being anorexic that I'm trying to overcome.

Not easy lol.

Anyway, like I said, I lost down to 123.

BUT, then, I really don't know why or for whatever reason at all, prob emotional reasons, I binged 2 days i a row, gained to 125, then binged another 2 days and now I'm back up to 128.

Granted, it's not completely horrible, well, kinda.

But I'm dealing.

The problem is,  I have a small desire to try out for modeling...And because I have the absolute worst luck in the world, I just came across a model search going on from one of my favorite stores, and submissions are on March 7!!!

Ughhhh, I binged up 5 pounds just in time for a model search.   So, my question is, is there anyway to lose the 5 ounds in about...7 days?

Anyway at all.

Advice would be great.

Thanks!

Well, you might lose 5 lbs of water weight, but not fat.  To tell the truth, it probably wouldn't make that much of a difference in your appearance, either.  Just get back on the wagon, and continue to eat healthy- that's really the best thing you can do for yourself.  Please, please do not try to crash diet.  Just keep reminding yourself: lose quick, gain it back quicker, and then some.

O I know trust me.

But, ugh, it has made a small dent in my appearence.

I guess I'll just have to find clothes to hide it for the day.

yeah just try out! there's no reason you shouldn't, and if you don't make it don't feel discouraged. there will definitely be other searches. good luck!Smile
