Even though I am pear shaped and not overweight (just plump)...my arms are actually really fatty. I mean I hate looking at them in pictures. It is mostly at the top..like my tricepts and stuff... I used to lift weights and that didnt help but it did tone...any excersises to make my arms thinner

Nope.

As you have already pointed out, lifting weights created some tone (and it does). Getting that toned look is what most of us find gives us some confidence and appreciation of our own bodies. And as you've obviously stopped lifting the weights it must have been because it didn't give you the boost you wanted.

Losing weight happens all over and you only need to lose weight if you are overweight, which you've already pointed out you are not.

So, that brings us to the inevitable -- either you are misrepresenting in your own mind how "fatty" the arms are; or others would indeed agree with you and a) would suggest that in fact you are overweight and need to lose weight all over or b) would suggest that while not overweight you have disproportionate fat stores in your arms that could only be rectified with invasive and risky surgery (because all surgery is risky).

I'm going to lay odds (assuming you are a woman) that you are misrepresenting your arms in your own mind -- do you think my guess is right?
