Fat Free Brownies

Recipe Ingredients for Fat Free Brownies

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tsp instant coffee
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 ounces prune baby food
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Fat Free Brownies

  1. Combine cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar in a medium bowl. Mix well.

  2. Boil water.

  3. Dissolve coffee in water in a small bowl.

  4. Add eggs, baby food, milk, and vanilla.

  5. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and mix well.

  6. Pour into 8X8 baking dish.

  7. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees (or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean). Cool for ten minutes, then turn onto cutting board. Wait until it cools fully before cutting.
