Made with fat-free cottage cheese, and egg whites

Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup egg whites
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Pour into non-stick pan as pancakes.

  3. Enjoy!
