Fat Free - Very Low Calorie - Veggie Dip
Here's a recipe for veggie dip that tastes like the real thing, but with out the fat and calories.
Ingredients:
1 - 16 ounce container fat free cottage cheese
1 pack hidden valley ranch mix (dressing or dip)
Put cottage cheese in blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a bowl. Add pack of Hidden valley ranch mix. Cover, and refridgerate overnight so the powder has time to disolve. Serve with veggies.
The great taste of veggie dip with only 80 calories per 1/2 cup and no fat!!

That's a great idea, I think I'll have to try it. When I used to make ranch dip before, I would always add some cottage cheese to the mix, of course along with mayo and sour cream. Everyone thought it was strange but I loved it.
