I eat a lot of fat. I had 2200 calories today, and 60% of it was from fat. Most of it's the good stuff, with maybe a cheese stick or a piece of pork to make up the saturated bit, so is this unhealthy at all? My protein and carbs are fine, by the way.

I think a smaller percentage of your calories should be from fat, but eating cheese is good for you, not sure about pork though, i would eat chicken or turkey

Pork fat is actually 50% unsaturated, 50% saturated... not as bad as people think.  However, for a balanced diet, you really need about 25-30% of your calories to come from fat.... 40-65% from carbohydrates, 15-25% from proteins.  Otherwise you're probably not getting enough bulky fibrous foods like vegetables and grains.  Use fats a little more sparingly so that you get a better balance.
