Fat Day!!!
today i just said W/E! and i gave into my cravings and ate w/e i wanted, ANYTHING i wanted ice cream? pizza? chocolate? YES!! i ate it all!! im sure i gained 3 pounds or so.. probably? but hey! 1 day, just 1 day of pure freedom eating w/e i want? it was HEAVEN!! and tomorrow, ill get rite bak on it!

dude! I did that yesterday! I went to a dodgers game and ate anything! Tacos, kettle korn, chocolate, YOU name it. I know it's nothing to congradulate us on, but I think it's good now to feel bad about it, and to know it was just once in a while. I let myself give in once a week to a treat meal but usually pick the healthiest option at whatever restaraunt i'm at. But once a month I allow myself to eat whatyever i want, be it chocolate, pizza, chipotle, whatever!
Hmmm, this is a different idea to what i do
I have free days. But I make those the days when i eat super healthy and normal days I allow m yself a bit of junk. I figure its how you're meant to live. little bits of bad stuff isnt bad. And if I didnt do that I'd want to binge. And then i think of all that fat coating my ateries. Or I pick one bad food I want (like pizza) and eat that until I'm satisfied (so a normal. serve)
But sometimes you do need a break. So congrats, esp if you can control yourself so well. I'd do that then go, eh what the heck and eat crap for ages, until I felt phsyically bad.

The problem with really heavy calorie "free" days...is they can ruin everything you did in the past week. Thats why i stopped doing those types of things, i work too hard during the week exercising and watching what i eat to toss it away for tons of icecream ><
ahh but its only 1 day and for haveing ABSOLUTLY NOTHING for so long.. its AMAZING
I guess if you can limit "fat days" to once a month or whatever, and get right back on the wagon the next day, then it's not too bad. Just don't make a habit out of it like I did! 1 "fat day" a month soon led to twice a month, then once a week, then twice a week, then every other day...Not good. So personally, I am kind of scared to let myself have a day like that again. I still give in every now and then, but I limit it to just that. I don't make a whole day out of it.
i think its fine if you have it under control - i know so many people that can't and it sprials out of control until all their hard work is undone but if you genuinely feel like you can get back on track straight away teh fine!! i know after a good old free day, i'm craving healthy food anyway!
haha yes im sure ill b fine now im already bak on my diet, and im pretty sure yesturday was the best day ive had forr.. idk maybe half a yr?? WOOT! lol :)
i think i gained 2 lbs tho O.O which sux.. but ill work hard to get it off again and probably wont have another "fat day" forr a long time haha
i dont really have days where i eat whatever i want but i do have a relax calorie day on saturdays where instead of eating my usual 1400cals i will eat about 1600-1800 but usually still healthy food i just eat or snack a little more
I'm on a weight-gaining plan so I got to do that this weekend! Deep dish pizza, ice cream, and honey bunches of oats!! And I'm going to do it tomorrow too! Katsu here I come!
This morning I pigged out a little. We went out for breakfast and I only had one out of three strawberry filled crepes with only a little of the strawberry syrup. And just a bite of my mom's cherry crepes but then my dad got this dutch pancake covered in apples in a cinnamon and sugar sauce. So I had quite afew bites of his.
I don't feel that bad about it though because we ate at like 11:15 or so and I wasn't hungry for a little snack until 3 something and I just had about 5 cherries and Quaker oats, nuts, and honey bar.
I think that's the best way to go to pig out. If you eat unhealthily, just make it at one meal and limit what you eat the rest of the day. Stick to fruits and veggies and what you ate at that one meal won't matter much. But don't do this every day because that is would be harmful to a diet.
