I don't think the percentages really matter as long as it's good fat, not saturated fat then if it works for you, good!
Judging from your pictures, you definitely shouldn't be losing weight. And you should be eating at least 1800 calories to maintain (NOT 700)
I just looked at your pictures...I think your body probably wants a little more fat. Everyone needs some to be healthy. You don't probably need to follow the diet I just listed above. Maybe you should go to a dietician or nutritionist and talk to a professional about what you are eating/doing to yourself. How many calories are you eating a day?

You're fine. Up your caloric intake slowly. Counting Fats isn't the way to go because 'Fat' doesn't mean what you think it means. It's a bad word to you, it isn't.
