First of all, let me say, I am NOT looking for advice or comments. I have Chosen to try this radical diet. Whether is it a healthy way or not – I’m doing it! Yet people want to know if and how it works. That is my purpose here. If you want to read about my progress, look for this thread each day.

The Program
- Basically it is shifting between a protein day and a simple-carb day.
- Follow their menu for 11 days – take 3 days off, then resume for another 11 days. Follow this cycle until desired about of weight is lost.
- You chose 30 foods from a list. And the program spits out a menu to follow.
- You will eat 4 meals a day. But are not allowed to snack in between.
- You can eat as much as you want at each meal, just stop before you get “full”
- No calorie counting.
- You are told to drink 10 glasses of water or diet soda a day.
- Exercise is not required. But they recommend at least a 30-minute walk a day.

Day 1 ~ 131.2
Today is a “protein” day
I followed today’s menu with only one exception. It called for broiled flounder, which I didn’t have. So I broiled salmon instead. I will go shopping and get some flounder right away.
I did log the foods into Calorie Count. I consumed about 1425 calories. Not bad. Breakdown: Fat=93g, Protein 75g, Carbs 77g. Okay, I admit, that’s a lot of fat. But I don’t think I’ve ever had a day where I consumed less that 200g of carbs. I was never hungry.
I only managed to drink 8 glasses of water. I have a job where I’m not able to get up to use the restroom whenever I want, so most of my water is drank in the evening.
And I took my dog for a 45 minute walk.

Could you maybe post what you eat each day aswell. I'd love to follow your progress.
i tried this diet once and couldnt stick to it for on reason or another, but I am very interested to see how it works so maybe I can start it back up again. Good Luck!
