I'm probably obsessing a bit too much regarding this but is there a good number to be around for this? I am trying to gain but not a huge amount (about 10 pounds) - I typically am at about 20-24% of my calories from fat, is this good? Thanks.

They usually recommend 25-30%
I have about 20%, even though the government recommemend 30% here in the UK about 30%, but remember that's maximum and many nutritionist say around 20-25% of mainly heart healthy unsaturaed fat is good! Don't set a dead number because then if you can range between amounts!
