I am a girl, 5'5", 110 lb, and I turned 17 this month.

You are most definitely not fat, and not even close. According to the pediatric BMI calculator, your weight is in the normal range for your age. Your Body Mass Index of 18.3 is at the 15th percentile for your age. A child is at a healthy weight if their weight for height falls between the 5th and 85th percentile. But keep in mind that it is still possible for a child to have an eating disorder even if they are at a healthy weight.
