What are non-fatty white fish?

I was told to eat only non fatty white fish such as scallops, crab and lobster, but they are all expensive. Are there other alternatives? I eat a lot of tilapia already.
Answer
Non-fatty white fish include haddock, cod, orange roughy, perch, pollock, grouper, snapper, monk fish, and yellow fin tuna. In general, previously frozen fish is cheaper than fresh fish, especially when you buy the frozen fish at Trader Joe's or a wholesale club. Also, stock up on canned white tuna in water when it goes on sale.
