I gotta tell you, whoever told me about the babybel light cheeses is a goddess. They are only 40 cals.
I eat mine on a sliced up apple. It's a substantial snack that only has 100 calories! Plus, I get to eat cheese, but one true vice.

there are these chocolate mint balls from trader joes, 7 = 170cals, so i usually eat 2 and that satifies my chocolate craving.

frozen fat free pudding with a dallop of fat free whip cream!= 75 cals

Mini quakes in the individual packs! Buttered popcorn is the flavor i like. They are 90 calories per bag.
And it feels like there are a lot in the bag because the quakes are so small. Very good for munching and savoring!

I like Laughing Cow cheese wedges though I am a tad sick of them right now. Only 35-50 calories a pop. Great on a fiber cracker with a little tomatow or with strawberries.

- Wasa crispbread topped with 1 tbsp hummus & tomato slices (100 calories)
- 1/2 Pita sprinkled with spices and baked (70 calories)

- low fat yogurt (100 cals-ish)
- tall coffee frappuchino from starbucks is 180 cals and a nice treat
- a couple of slices of honey maple roasted turkey breast
- amy's organics shepard pie is really good comfort food and 160 cals
- string cheese 70cals

25% less sugar Quaker Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip granola bars dipped in milk.... SO Good!:) but u have to let the granola bar soak for a while to soak in the milk, so be patient :)
