Probably Mexican. I eat a ton of beans, and I'm never not in the mood for spicy food.
Well, being that my dad is from Iraq so for me, Middle-Eastern food is like comforting home cookin', I'd have to say Middle Eastern!

EDIT: Japanese is a close second!  I love fried rice and salmon on the hibachi!  And sushi rocks my socks!

Italian is boring for me, since that's what I grew up on. =P I'd have to say American Chinese. Horrible, I know. I don't eat it much anymore.

Also THAI.

I love Ethiopian and Thai probably the best, followed closely by Indian and Mexican although the latter two aren't especially low-cal.

=^..^= MOLLY

I'm a total foodie and I LOVE cooking gourmet dishes. I am hispanic so yeah, love mexican food. But I'd say my "other" top 2 are:

1. Japanese (I can eat mountains of sushi), my fave are any rolls with eel/eel sauce

2. Thai (I make a fattening chicken coconut curry that is THE BOMB!)

3. Filipino and Italian would be runner ups.  I just couldn't decide between Chicken Adobo, Lumpia, and Taramisu.

I was about to put for #3: American food (Brisket, Grilled Ribeye & Chicken, Mashed Potatoes), then I saw the post question again and was all oooh...

I'm so full right now, but this thread is still making me drool....

I usually go for Chinese or Greek (love souvlaki and greek salad).
1. PERSIAN. since im full persian i have eaten it since i was a little sheeva, and yeah i love it.

2. hmm..toughy. i love food. but id have to say mexican, except for its kind of hard because i only like 2 mexicans dishes practically. tacos and quesedillas. but CHIPOTLE mmmmmm and chevys!

3. asian food. mikunis,fats,yummm

4. ITalian
Any kind of Latino food.  Mexican is like home cooking to me, and I especially love Dominican and Hatian.  Mmmm...

Also, Chinese.  I prefer American Chinese though, because the real stuff, while it can be tasty, has some scary stuff in it.  Cow stomach is eew.

1. Italian

2. Chinese

3. Spanish

Thai, Indian, Sushi,
Also I love real Chinese food,  but not eating meat there i guess helps alot,  i dont need to worry about maybe eating something too exotic.
Haitian food allllll the way!!!

Jamaican 2nd

Authentic chinese food

Japanese

Scandanavian (without the moose and elk...or any meat for that matter)
#1: Polish. My parents are Polish and I was lucky enough to spend 2 years there. Their breads, sausages and cold meats are second to none. Same goes for baked cheesecake. On a sidenote: My cousin owns a bakery that produces bread without any additives of preservatives and tastes completely different than anything mass produced. Authentic, REAL bread, not the run-of-the-mill, blown-up stuff you get in your supermarkets. As for the main courses, raw veggie salads and incredible soups in Poland... *sigh*

#2: Thai. Their use of fragrant spices and coconut milk is heaven. Simply delish.

#3: Italian. Yes, I'm a sucker when it comes to pasta, sharp cheeses and authentic italian pizza.

#4: Swiss. Don't know if it even counts as a cuisine since it's very regional. Minimal use of any fragrant herbs and spices besides salt and pepper makes the original taste of the food come through lovely. Their cheeses are pure genius, so is their dairy and veal.

1. Brazilian (I basically grew up on Brazilian food. It's the greatest!)

2. Indian (Indian curry is to die for.)

3. Thai (I love the spices!)
