What is YOUR favirote resturant to eat out at? Why?
Mine is Crackel Barrel
It may not be that well-known but they sure make my breakfast satisfying! The foods delicious and the old-country style atmosphere is great to eat at!
How about you?

I hate chain restaurants.

My favorite in Boston is Sunset Grill and Tap - they have like 130 beers on tap!

Back home in New York, my favorite is Gennaro's Italian restaurant on Staten Island - their Italian food is soooo good.

It's this restaurant called GNA Pizzeria.

It's near my house, it's an Italian Restaurant that serves hoagies, salads, and all different stuff.

It's soooo good! (Their pizza is the bomb!)

The local Chinese restaurant holds a special place in my heart. Granted, Chinese is probably THE single worst type of food to eat... ever... but given that I only go 3-4 times a year, I think its well worth it.

fat food = starrburger (but it's only in my town).

dine in = east side marios, hands down.

Red Lobster- I can actually get an extremely healthy meal there that tastes amazing! : )
Osaka's, next town over from me.  Delicious, inexpensive sushi.  The wait staff is amazing and the food is to die for! :)  I love me some sushi.
PANERA!!

I'd live off their food if I could
A little East Indian food restaurant in Moncton (New Brunswick, CAN) called the Taj Mahal. There is no better food in the world. and they have a huge vegetarian menu and every single thing on it is amazing! yummm
chili's and panera. it's really fun going out to eat to those places and i like going with family.
Millennium is my favorite.
Chilli's or Swiss Chalet for supper, and any local pancake house for breakfast. Fast  food I don't really like at all.
There's this Thai Restaurant/Pub in London called the Windsor Castle (I believe that's the name anyway) and it has the absolute greatest noodles known to mankind!!!
hmmmm

hometown buffet!! hahah. saturday nights only. this is their rib night, and it is sooooo good. and their steak is actually good on saturday nights too. their macroni and cheese is the best ive ever tasted. and the unlimited soft serve is awesome! and the cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies and chocolate brownies of course.

yeah, but i hav to stop going there. cuz i dont wanna get fat :(

There are a number of local Thai and Japanese restaurants I like.

For national chains, I like Macaroni Grill and Logan's Roadhouse.

For fast food, I like Panda Express and Boston Market.

For simple and fast, I like Applebees and Denny's.

=^..^= MOLLY

Favorite - Indian Restaurant (but oh so many calories! so i dont go there as much)

Favorite within diet - Longhorn Steakhouse (because they have a very simply made chicken and shrimp dish with side of steamed veggies...very healthy, very good, could eat it every day of the week and not have trouble fitting it into my diet).

Lol, when I was fat, I downed 27 ribs there on rib night - no joke.

Actually, there's is this place called Whole in the Wall. They serve organic and mostly healthy stuffs - many vegetarian/vegan dishes. And their pesto is AMAZING. Well, at least I do. :P

I've had some in Crackel Barrel, but I found it quite greasy and salty!! I suppose it's "hearty" but... if that's how southern food is like, no thanks! I bet Paula Dean's stuffs are amazing but not healthy!

Ruby Tuesday right now, they have a smartchoice menu that list the calories, carb, fats and fiber in the selection, Ruby Tuesday cause seafood in general is a safe choice. I like places that make my life easier. I have calle several places and asked them to consider doing the same thing with listing the values so I would be more willing to visit the place and they took the suggestion well and said they are working on it.

When i lived in Altanta,  R. J Thomas,  vegan, veggie, raw friendly yummiest healthy restaurant you ever will try open 24hrs.
Now I live in Prague,  I would say Radost,  if were not talking service here. they have great veggie food and atmosphere,

Chain restaurant or fast food Restaurants,  Dont eat at them,  but If anyone is near a bojangles (Carloninas) Wow that stuff is so good and so bad at the same time
mmm... I love the Flat Top Grill. Its an all you can eat stir fry bar, you can make your stir fry with whatever you want in it, they cook it for you and bring it to the table and you can go up as many times as you'd like. the best part is that its all fresh veggies and meats and they do list the nutrition info for their many many sauces. There used to be on in Northern VA when I lived there but now they are only in the Illinois area. That sucks for me, but great for those who live near one....
