Favorite bars (not for drinking hahaha)
So one of my big things when it comes to eating are bars...there are so many out there, they are quick to grab on the go, are tasty, and on the lower end as far as cals are concerned....
so what are your favorite granola/cereal/energy/other bars to eat?
I personally love Luna Bars before agood workout and I don't know why, but I am a HUGE fan of cereal bars like NutriGrain bars or Kashi's newer soft cereal bars for 110 calories....
when I want more of a dessert thing I like Kudos bars yum and also those pop tart to go one'
I love luna bars, especially chai tea flavor. I also like balance bars because they are really chocolatey. I don't think these bars are too unhealthy. They may contain sugar, but they have a lot of protein and as a vegetarian/carb addict, this helps. They are also satisfying.
12 gr? That's a lot of sugar for just a bar, South Beach Fiber fit granola bars only have 7gr of sugar and there is no high fructose corn syrup. They're also have 9gr of fiber, I know the bars are the most fiber-y bars out there . :)
