Favorite breakfasts?
What are your favorite breakfasts?
Mine are:
Oatmeal with milk, pumpkin, cinnoman, raisons, almonds, honey; with some fresh fruit
OR
Oatmeal with banana, raisons, cinnoman, almonds, honey, milk; with a glass of 100% High PUlpOrange Juice +Calcium
OR
GoLean with raisons, cinnoman, a banana and milk; and Orange Juice.
Any others?
Light multi grain english muffin with a about 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter, a light drizzle of honey, sliced banana, and a few sunflower seeds sprinkled on top. Sounds gross but it's tasty!
or
Fiber one Raisin bran with 1% milk and a piece of fruit and maybe a fiber one granola bar
or
a scrambled egg, english muffin, and 2 strips of turkey bacon and a piece of fruit
I try to eat more of my calories in the morning and less in the evening. I also like to get in a good amount of fiber in the am so i feel full longer. I find if I fill up early i do better throughout the day and have no problem sticking with my calories.

haha sweeeet dude that's like elvis oatmeal!! peanut butter and banana. i'm having that tomorrow.
omg i know, i HATE that. and then the sides are all goopy and i try to lick it off but it's too hot and yeah haha
Ugggg! Same...I hate it! This morning I had to make 3 bowls of it , The first one exploded. The second on exploded. And the third one I watched to whole time!

i love oatmeal, those sound so good! im going to try them, but do you add the stuff in while you cook the oatmeal or after?
i add it before and put a little extra water in. sometimes it overflows in the micro if i don't watch it cuz the bowls are so huge haha.

my bowl always overflows, i try to watch it and make sure it dosent, but i look away for a second and the next thing i know my oatmeal is flowing over the top! haha

i cant even tell you how many times i have burned my tongue from doing that.
i tried the peanut butter cookie oatmeal this morning, it was AMAZING! i think ill try adding some raspberries in it next time

Blueberries - about .7 per one blueberry
Apples - Granny Smith, skinless - 60
Special K Breakfast bars - 90
And everything with a hot cup of tea to really fill me up =]

I love love love wholemeal toast with marge and honey :) The toast has to be slightly cold and crunchy so the butter and honey doesn't quite melt in.
Or I have bran flakes with whole milk. I need the whole milk, we have bone problems in my family...(plus, I HATE the taste of skimmed milk...it's like puddle :( )
My favorite is a cup of coffee with one splenda and some fruit.

that's a an absolutely terrible breakfast. breakfast needs to be much larger than that. atleast 300+ to get you energized &have your metabolism swinging full speed! =) try it!

luna bar, stonyfield yogurt smoothie, and a cup of coffee
egg white omelte with broccoli, green peppers, and mushrooms covered in spicy salsa, 5 of those extra large strawberries [with benadryl since im allergic] grapes pears and pineapples and yes some fresca [i kno soda=bad but its sparkling grapefruit juice]

stevia. it only needs a tiny bit because it's so sweet.
if I eat a 300 cal breakfast I'm usually not hungry for lunch, that's the dilemma I'm facing. If I have something like oatmeal, or yogurt, I won't eat my lunch.
Maple & brown sugar-flavoured oatmeal, with banana slices and blackberry/raspberry/strawberry bits. Sometimes I add a bit of fiber one.
Also, yogurt on the side. c:

EDIT: It seems a lot of people like to eat oatmeal for breakfast... :) Hurray for oaty goodness!
or a toasted english muffin with peanut butter mmmm (and the peanut butter being all melty ahh thats my favorite)
or a slice of tomato, egg white, and 2 pieces of turkey bacon on a slice of wheat toast with low fat cheese melted on top
