My fave is probably honey bunches of oats with almonds. The nutritional stats aren't too bad... pretty low in sugar and fat, but not a whole lot of fiber.
Reason: Released as sticky
Oatmeal, healthvally almond date granola cereal, naturevalley cereal.
But oatmeal will always be number one! =D
fruit and fiber, raisin bran, cornflakes, coco pops, granola, shreddies, and porridge of course! OOh and honey nut clusters are the most heavenly calorific things in the world.
I am a cereal addict. But weirdly, only in the mornings. If it's any other time of day, it doesn't taste the same. I've tried having cereal for dinner once, it just made me feel bloated.
Have none of you ever heard of the BEST CEREAL IN THE WOOOOORRRLLLD???
UNCLE SAM! 10 grams of screaming fiber in every bowl, flaxseeds too.
Do your patriotic duty and try some tomorrow morning!
I love me some raisin bran crunch but I cannot afford that many cals at breakfast!
Also, Honey Bunches of Oats has just come out with something called Buncha Crunch or something...I haven't seen in the store, only on TV, that I am dying to try...I have a feeling that might be a vice!
bear naked granola
1/2 cup for 280 calories and its delicious
My favorite is Special K with berries and Cinnamon toast crunch.

I love Cheerios, Fiber One, Frosted Mini Wheats, oatmeal, Kashi Go Lean, Total, and pretty much any other cereal out there.
Has anyone tried the new Frosted Mini Wheats flavor? The blueberry muffin one? I had been wondering whether it was worth getting or not.
I tried the blueberry muffin flavor, and it's pretty darned good!
Cinnamon honey bunches of oats mixed with 1/4 cup fiber one. Or else caramel or honey clusters fiber one by itself.
I love Uncle Sam's - it has a really toasty taste, and I love the flax seeds
Close 2nd is Kashi GoLean Crunch, tastey, satisfying, healthy.
This morning I tried Special K Satisfied (i think that's what it is called, i was out of cereal and it was on sale) VERY tastey, and comparable to GoLean Crunch, 1 gram less fibre, but also 1/3 the fat!
My all time favorite cereal is Special K Fruit and Yogurt with a half cup of skim milk which is about 175 calories. Other cereals I like is Honey Bunches of Oats, Kashi Go Lean and Special K Protein plus (only with a pack of splenda in it). But I mostly eat oatmeal which I add raspberry perserves.
I also love King Vitaman and Kix!
All Bran, Kashi Go Lean, or Optimum Slim (soooo good)! I always add fresh/frozen blueberries to get a serving of antioxidants and fruit, and sprinkle flax seeds if I have them!
For anyone who wants to start eating high fiber cereals but don't want to feel like you're eating sticks, try some cinnamon and a dash of Splenda! You'll forget you're eating something good for you, and pack in some healthy fiber while you're at it!
Whatever cereal I have, which is usually Corn Flakes, Cheerios or something along the lines of those, I like to add 1/3 cup of All Bran Buds. Just 1/3 of a cup of that is 12g of fibre! So it fills me up really fast, and you can't taste them which the other cereal either. (They're not too tasty on their own).
However, every now and then I always like to eat Apple Jacks and Cap'n Crunch :) They're my weakness.
Tie between Kay's vanilla protein cereal, which is hard to find, and Fiber One.
Kashi Mighty Bites are all right too.
