Peanut butter and dill pickle potato chips - if I start eating either one (not together LOL) I have a hard time stopping. Embarassed

definitely, definitely, definitely, without a doubt, pizza. i have it every saturday night like it's no tomorrow. But I'm strict on my calories the rest of the week so it doesn't really hinder my weightloss.

and chocolate.

I don't have "cheat meals" but I do have food weaknesses that I allow myself probably 3 to 4 times a week because I just cannot live without them for too long! For instance, tonight I had 2 of my weaknesses (and I am going to have the same tomorrow because I could eat it daily) but I don't feel guilty one bit (except for many my shopping spree @ Whole Foods to obtain all my weaknesses - to store in my fridge/freezer for when I need them) because I know they are all very healthy! My TOP 5 weaknesses include: Salmon Belly, Hamachi Kama, Eel Sashimi, Chilean Sea Bass & Sashimi in General! (Tonight I had some Hamachi Kama & Salmon Belly... mmm mmm good!!! I am stoked for tomorrow's round 2!) HA - I am so obsessed with food! 

those are all foods I can't eat  giasbash so it's ok eat away!

Pizza and nachos.

 

Lately, I've also been craving sweet things (particularly pie)

lately anything with peanut butter will do it for me. oooh, peanut butter pie! Good Lord, stop it!

oh DEFINITELY fish & chips. i just couldnt live without it! the doctor said i crave it because i have a low blood pressure and need the salt, but seriously - i am addicted to it. theres a really good shop up the road that sells it. YUUUMM!

MMMMmmmm, I never thought about fish and chips.....with a little malt vinegar and salt....yum!  Definately one of my weaknesses too!

Yeah I dont have a "cheat" meal...I dont cheat but I do have a weakness and its pizza...I have it 2 times a week...I curb it by making my own....which turns out to be the whole pizza is about the same in calories as one slice of regular.

 

Edit:  in my days in the Army it was S.O.S. (**** on a Shingle) or S.O.S. over fried potatoes and onions :)

hamburgers. Why?? I just gotta have one sometimes.

I have small snacks all day and save up cals just to have that juicy SOB.

I splurge every other weekend. :)

I splurge one day every weekend on liquor. That's not really a food but its something I won't cut out!

Fried catfish w/french fries and cole slaw (lots of tartar, lemon, ketchup and Tabasco of course)

Doughnuts are my weakness.  I can limit myself to one full size doughnut from a bakery or Dunkin Donuts, but it's hard to stop with donut holes or the mini donuts.

Pittsburged steak!!!! I'll do the whole package.

Eggplant parmesan is mine! Or some horribly bad for you frozen treat from out local ice cream place called Handel's

Nachos with beans, cheese and a little bit of hot sauce.

Good old fashioned PB&J. I was allergic to peanuts as a child but I grew out of it. Now I kind of wish I hadn't as I just finished off my son's partially eaten PB&J. Ah well, off to log "partially eaten sandwich"
