I know most of us (myself included) like fresh, natural foods, and even though some of the real deals can be caloric, they still taste better.

This thread is to post your favorite fat free sugar free low calorie diet foods, that even though you know are some wild lab creation love anyway and would be saddened if they went away and really enjoy them in your daily diet.

Mine are:

  1. Fat Free promise (great on toast
  2. Fat Free Pringles BBQ
  3. Sugar free pineapple preserve
  4. Sugar free Kraft Chocolate pudding
  5. Cherry Coke Zero
  6. Reduced Sugar Ketchup

Share you favorite low cal, chemically modified finds :)

defintely diet coke!!!

also splenda, or equal.. need it in my coffee

activia light yogurt

sugar free jelly

Splenda and more Splenda. I eat that stuff every day. I have it in green tea all day long. I'm probably one big chemical mess and I don't really care all that much.

All of the diet sodas.

Splenda in my coffee and iced tea

Fat free half and half for coffee

I can't believe it's not butter spray on my english muffin and for cooking

Kraft Fat-Free Mayo (10 cals/tblsp)

kraft fat-free ranch dressing

There are a couple of others but I can't think of them off hand

diet coke/mountain dew

most lean cuisine & healthy choice, SBD frozen meals

SUGAR free hunt's pudding snack packs! YUM YUM!

aslo sugar free and fat free pudding mix to add into my protein shakes, Really makes them taste better.

Splenda!

Frozen yogurt.

and my new fav is simply fruit.....smuckers jelly. Awesome to put on w pb on rice cakes!

I've just recently discovered Cherry Coke Zero.  Definitely my favorite diet beverage.

Popcorn!

Fat Free Jello Chocolate Pudding!

And a real treat, Fat Free Fudgsicles!  Only 90 calories!  Yea!

Morning Star Farms sausage patties

It's all fake meat (vegetable protein) so you can eat them if you are vegetarian.

Only 80 calories per patty with 10 grams of protein.

They taste great and you can use them in all kinds of recipes where you would usually use ground beef. (I like to make burritos with them.)

Plus they score a B+ in the Calorie Count nutrition database.

I love Boca Burger Original Vegan patties and Morningstar Farms Gardenburgers.

I am a Diet Coke fiend.  And I don't know what I'd do without Splenda in my oatmeal and on my bran flakes.

Oh, and I also love the sugar free Handi-Snack puddings.  They are only 45 calories, fat free, and they don't have any partially hydrogenated oil, which the Jell-O ones do (in a tiny amount).  They come in vanilla, chocolate, and caramel.  I like vanilla and caramel best.

Also PB2 and Smuckers sugar free jelly (especially blackberry) make an awesome PB and J (on store brand lite whole wheat bread for 40 cals a slice.)

Finally for those of us who love our mayo but can't stand the fake crap, Hellman's makes a canola mayo that I swear by.  It tastes exactly like regular mayo, but it is low fat and only 45 calories a tablespoon.  It has no cholesterol and is made with the kinds of fats that are good for your heart.

Diet pop.  I bought a case of the mandarin orange flavored diet Sierra Mist a couple weeks ago after MONTHS of not spending money on beverages and I'm officially back on the diet pop bandwagon...happily!  :)

Coke Zero is a gift from the gods. true story.

Splenda too.

Splenda, Cherry Coke Zero and Diet Dr Pepper are the only "fake" foods I go out of my way to eat. Don't eat fat free pringles since the orange oil incident...

Foot in mouth  But those are BREAKFAST sausage patties??  Why not get the non-breakfast Morningstar Farms grillers crumbles (in a bag) for this purpose?  Seems strange to use sweet breakfast sausage in place of ground beef.

That being said, I'm a vegetarian and yeah, those are awesome, despite how processed they are.  Also, I switched to Splenda and I love it.

Activia yoghurt mixed with cereal.

99% dark chocolate.

Splenda, splenda, splenda...

Sugar-free jams, jellies, sugary-spreads

Light n' Fit Yogurts (which have splenda, and as of recently, asparatame too)

Reduced-calorie bread

Sugar Free Jello

  • Splenda
  • Light whole wheat bread
  • Light vanilla soymilk

Sugar Free Kool-Aid. It's so strange but SO AWESOME.

Diet Pepsi Max, too. Yes.

Splenda-sweetened yogurts (like Astro) -- especially the lemon meringue flavour. NOM.
