Now I'm not celiac but I am eating wheat free due to an allergy.  I LOVE Trader Joe's foods.  Not only delicous but very well priced too.  Their GF Ginger Snaps are awesome.  I'll have to try the Uncle Ben's microwave packets.  I just bought TJ's GF Brownie mix and will make those this weekend.  And the Puffins Peanut Butter Cereal is good too.

I love using quinoa it is a very healthy grain. Also Whole foods brand of bread is the closest thing I have found to real bread.

My mom's cookies :)  I'm sure she should market them.  She puts cream cheese in the chocolate chip cookies.  I'm lucky to have hear around.

Pamela's Pancake mix is the best.  I add almond flour or hazelnut flour to it for a little meatier texture.

I've recently found Gluten Free Mamma, but haven't tried it yet.  Anyone else familar?

Potato Pancakes are also a huge hit at home.

As far as breads go - the brand "Glutino" is pretty good, and the calorie/carb counts are reasonable as far as gluten-free goes!! (We're talking ~90 cal/slice ish).

There's a brand of granola bars & cookies I've found, it's called "Enjoy Life"...there was this one kind of granola bar called Sunbutter Crunch that I was COMPLETELY in love with and for some reason I can't find ANYWHERE >.<

I absolutely adore Lentil flour. Seriously.

And I know EXACTLY what bar you are talking about. My mom found them somewhere and I got them for christmas.

Red Mill makes some great bread mix.

And if you like beer (as a treat once and awhile!), Red Bridge is a delicious gluten free beer.

I've recently discovered something called "Larabar"

OH MY GOD are they decadent!!!!!

cinnamon chex!! im SOO happy they have started making some of their cereals gluten free! the chocolate one is good but nothing compared to the cinnamon one! but to be healthier i have been eating the plain rice chex with a banana every morning :)
