Favorite healthy restauraunt meal?
A couple of my favorites have to be:
- Buddha's feast at PF Chang's
- Anything on the low-fat menu at Friday's
- Chili's Guiltless Grill chicken platter
- Montana Grill's bison tenderloin filet
- Make-your-own stir-fry at Mongolian BBQ (a must-try)

Also there's a spicy tomato soup at a local Indian restaurant is to die for. Mmm
Panera: Vegetarian black bean soup and 1/2 classic cafe salad,with fat free viniagrette.
Applebee's weight watcher's menu is good, as is Friday's low fat selections.
There's a local restaurant that serves a wonderful spinach salad with grilled salmon - it's amazing.
Subway - Veggie delight w. apple slices = yummy!! Chilis guiltless grill chicken sand meal - beans are so good & only 490 cals. I love the fruit and walnut salad from McDonalds - its the only thing i can eat from there! Last treat is a turkey sub from Firehouse Subs - if any of you have one near u, u know what Im talking about - they are sooo good!!!!
Chili from wendy's. it is super filling, cheap, and is not bad health wise beacause it has a ton of veggies and beans in it along with the meat. it is so good.
Subway: 6" Veggie Delight w/ extra banana peppers, + fat free honey mustard dressin
Panera Bread: Full Portion Orchard Harvest Salad, minus the blue cheese
Saladworks: Most any salad!
Local Deli: Roast beef sandwich on a kaiser roll, veggies and provolone cheese
Subway: Whole wheat Veggie Delight w/ everything xcept for tomatoes (ewww!), cucumbers, mayo, cheese, salt and pepper, vinegar, oil, and olives. Get with extra jalepeno for an extra kick and a big jump start for your metabolism.
Chili's: Salmon with Black beans Yummy!
- Panera's Vegetarian Black Bean Soup
- Subway's Veggie Delight (a popular choice apparently, haha)
- Chili's Black Bean Burger (no bun)
- Red Robin's lettuce wrapped Gardenburger
- Noodles & Co. (small order) Penne Marinara (no meat).
- Ruby Tuesday's salad bar
- Montana Grill's "skinny dip" (cottage cheese and fruit on the side, no bun) veggie burger
- Wendy's baked potato with a side salad and oranges
- Maggiano's vegetarian minestrone soup
- "Medeterrainian Veggie" panini (half-size) at Panera, with a fruit cup or salad
- Tofu and veggie stir-fry at Mongolian BBQ (learned to love tofu, hahah)
- Veggie spring roll, steamed veggies, and a little steamed rice at Panda Express - or any Chinese restaurant.
- Wheat flatbread "pizzata" with veggies (cheeseless) at the Spicy Pickle
- Johnny Rocket's Streamliner with a salad or fruit cup
- Max & Erma's Black Bean Rollups
- PF Chang's Vegetarian lettuce wraps or Ma Po Tofu
- Uno's veggie soup or veggie burger

Any 8 oz steak with some steamed veggies and a dry sweet potato on the side. Not particularly low cal, but not terrible either.
minus the steak and add a naked black bean patty and that sounds really good. (i don't eat meat is the only reason i suppose.)
