Favorite healthy restauraunt meal?

Hey everyone, it's me, Zebbie...or Kate; whichever. I'm just wondering what your favorite restauraunt entree's are.

A couple of my favorites have to be:

  • Buddha's feast at PF Chang's
  • Anything on the low-fat menu at Friday's
  • Chili's Guiltless Grill chicken platter
  • Montana Grill's bison tenderloin filet
  • Make-your-own stir-fry at Mongolian BBQ (a must-try)

minus the steak and add a naked black bean patty and that sounds really good. (i don't eat meat is the only reason i suppose.)

I don't know If anyone else knows what "earls" is but they have a salad with beats, figs, sunflower seeds and goat cheese. it's orgasmic lol.

and Edo Japan, I love thier chicken stirfrys.

 

My parents actually own a small, family run healthy-alternative restaurant. So my favorite is the low carb, thin crust pizzas. They're low carb, whole wheat tortilla wraps with tomato sauce and low fat mozzerella cheese. So good!

I love Nandos!!  Don't know if you have them in america but its a mexican style chain.  They do the best chicken salad I've ever had (nice big portions too) and the spicy rice is to die for.  Also the sides are good - mixed mexican nuts, ratatouille, that sort of thing :P

  • Flaming icecube stuffed pepper soup
  • Flaming icecube veggie hummus wrap
  • Mcdonalds fruit N yogurt parfait
  • Panera's vegetarian black bean soup
  • Soba noodles with vegetables at Saruku
  • Salad from olive garden (Their peppers rock!)
