only like 65ish calories and SO good!
Core and quarter a pear. Place in heatproof bowl. Sprinkle with allspice or nutmeg. Cover with a plate and microwave for 2 minutes. Top with a spoon of natural yoghurt, reduced fat cream or soya cream.
It's also good for breakfast. You can put sweetener on too if you like, but I don't trust the stuff.

Oh, that sounds tasty as! Gonna try that today!! :D
I make a parfait using a sugar free chocolate pudding cup and 1/2 of a 100 calorie pack of peanut butter cookies.
Just layer the pudding and cookies and top with a dollop of FF Cool Whip.
about 100 cals and really good!
fat free chocolate puddng, with a table spoon sliced almonds with a spoonful of fat free cool whip.... yum! and i also do "smoothies" with frozen fruit (mangos strawberries peaches mixed berries... anything) and crystal light lemonade (really any flavor would work) (if you dont like sugar substitutes use a bit of fruit juice, more calories, but still good) and blend it til smooth... sometimes it ends up too thick and i have to eat it w a spoon, but then its like a big thing of sorbet (i think i use about half a cup of fruit to a cup of lemonade) for much less calories.
Really simple, but i also like taking Fat Free Vanilla yogurt and putting in like a few chocolate chips and some granola =] thats shouldn't be more then 120 =]
Spread a tablespoon of all-natural peanut butter on a sugar-free fudgesicle. It sounds weird but it is SO good
Mm, I second that. Peanut butter and ice cream is weirdly good together. Pity they don't make fudgesicles in my country though:(
