Favorite low cal sweet endulgences
Mine is frozen light cool whip...even better than ice cream.
What is your favorite low cal sweet tooth satisfying treat? I need some new ideas.
SF fudgicle is always a winner.
but I love the ff sf pudding (either chocolate/vanilla swirl or dulce de leche...depending on the mood of my sweet tooth)
chocolate covered altoids...only 7.5 calories per minty chocolate! They're sooo good. I also love frozen fruit, especially frozen grapes, peaches, and berries. They're delicious, healthy and feel like a treat!
Fro-yo w/ fresh fruit
SF jello with FF Rediwhip
Frozen blueberries
SF pudding
Fresh fruit no sugar added popsicles
Lately I have been adding Splenda and pumpkin pie spice to Fage 0%, or the same to canned pumpkin with FF Redi whip and micro for 1min. pumpkin Pie!!
Slow churned ice creams! I am an ice cream freak! These things make my life better lol
Fresh pineapple... Juicy, sharp and very sweet.
1) low cal, carb-free chocolate pudding:
1/4 block mori-nu lite firm tofu - 30 cals
tablespoon cocoa powder - 10 cals
splenda or stevia to taste
blend it up with a little bit of water to desired consistency (you can use milk or cream to make it a little more decadent)
tip: as a post workout shake, ill use chocolate or vanilla protein powder instead of cocoa powder and maybe add some berries
2) carrots :) yumm
3) i LOOOVVVEEEE lite coolwhip too
smoothies! i have a magic bullet and its the only thing i use it for haha! i just throw random fruit, some ice, and a little water. i just had cantaloupe, grapes and blueberries, sounds weird, but its all good, no matter what fruit haha. i use the smaller cup and just make small ones for a snack, or the bigger one for a breakfast smoothie =]
Jello's Sugar Free Caramel Pudding cups! my favorite! or the SF Rice Pudding cups topped with fruit like peaches, berries, etc.
those 100 calorie packs of the hostess strawberry cakes are soo good. not the best for you, but definetely satisify a sweet craving.
