| 1/2 | cup egg beaters |
| 4 | ounces 1% milk |
| 4 | ounces catsup |
| 1/2 | cup corn flakes, crushed |
| 4 | tablespoons dried minced onions |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon pepper |
| 32 | ounces ground beef, lean |
- In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Add beef, mix well. Shape into an oval meat loaf and put in a baking pan or dish. Top with additional catsup if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from pan to serving plate.
