Favorite new recipe source
I've been reading the New York Times Health - Fitness & Nutrition section online.
The recipes are always interesting, and I've become a fan of Marcia Rose Shulman, who edits Recipes for Health. I like her choices.
My favorite today is the Chinese Rice with Shrimp & Peas. I've been craving Chinese food and can't have it because of the salt. This should fill the bill nicely, and I can control the sodium.

I looked at some of the recipes and loved the brown rice with carrots and leeks recipe! Will make that one soon.
I didn't see any place to sign up for emails of her recipes. Do you just check every day or do you receive emails?
