Post-workout: chocolate whey protein shake!

Yum! snacking is the best part about working out don't you think? Wink

Pre-workout: steel cut oats with protein powder and flaxseed :)

Edit: I was inspired to have a banana as well! It was a good run :)

Post-workout: Carnation instant breakfast no sugar added powder mixed with vanilla whey protein powder mixed together with soy milk and a little nonfat milk. mmmmm

pre workout- whole wheat bagel with a tbsp peanut butter

post workout- glass of skim milk and a banana!

I don't have a pre-workout snack, but post work out I always have a banana.

Pre-workout: Oatmeal with cinnamon, 1 slice of Double Protein bread with 1 tsp of peanut butter.

Post-workout: 1 scoop of whey protein with either banana or blueberries.

Pre-workout: Clif's Kidz Bar (smaller than a regular Clif Bar)

Post workout: 1 cup (2 if I need more calories that day) skim milk and 2 tbspns/scoops of Ovaltine
