What are your favorite restaurant meals?

I tend to have a lot of problems figuring out what to eat when I am out at a restaurant so I thought it would be fun if everyone comments on what their favorite low cal restaurant foods are. Here are mine:

Boston Pizza-plain pasta with bolognese sauce (1/2 order)- 320 cals

McDonald's-nugget happy meal with bbq sauce-460 cals

Subway-6" ham sub with mustard and veggies (no cheese)-300 cals

Swiss Chalet-1/4 chicken (skinless), baked potato and corn-575 cals

Tim Hortons-cream of broccoli soup-210 cals or ham and swiss sandwich-420 cals

Harveys-chicken strips and garden salad-440 cals

I think pizza with cheese and veggies is a good option at most places

Bagel factories or delis with sandwich or wraps/salads

When I was at the airport I got a grill chicken salad at BK that was with grilled chicken and a little bit of cheese which was good

Excellent idea for a thread. I don't have any to share personally because I've avoided them all together but I am interested in the other comments in this thread to have that knowledge for if I do get stuck eating somewhere.

Does delivery or take out count?

pizza hut lg thin crust veggie lovers = 170cal/slice even eating 3 slices is only 510.  I'll have it for a friday dinner (don't cook friday) and make a spinach salad on the side.

mcdonalds-doubel cheese burger or big mac.

taco bell- ranchero

pizza

Fridays - Strawberry fields chicken salad

Taco Bell - 1 or 2 soft Tacos

Papa Johns - plain slice

Subway - chicken breast 6in sub

These are some of my favorite "healthy" thigns to get when out and about. (I say helathy be cauce in my head they seem fine but I'm sure they are still bad lol)

Chipotle- a salad with fajita veggies, black beans, corn salsa, tomato salsa, green and hot, no dressing, cheese or sour cream but I HAVE to have guac on it

Panera- you pick 2. fuji apple salad no chicken or onions and garden veggie soup or said salad with a Mediterranean sandwich no onions

Chili's- black bean burger no ranch with steamed veggies no parmesan

Bravo- Mediterranean whole wheat pene past with olive oil, pine nuts, spinach, feta and sun dried tomatoes

Olive Garden- Minestrone soup and linguine alla marinara

Subway- 6 in veggie on wheat with sliced apples or baked lays depends on my mood

I could go on and on ha ha

Well I guess only chain I actualy go to is Red Robin, and I love their sautayed mushroom burger.

Other then that I usually just go to small local restaurants and it's usually for specific type of food I want: Pho, Soon Tofu soup, Sushi, Korean BBQ, etc.

UD

Boston Market: Roasted Turkey (no gravy) with Garlic Dill New Potatoes and Steamed Veggies

Qdoba: Naked (without the tortilla) Fajita Ranchera burrito (no cheese or sour cream) with lettuce and pice de gallo

Panda Express: a single serving of either Mushroom Chicken or String Bean Chicken and 2 Veggie Spring Rolls

Subway: 6" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on wheat (no cheese)

Denny's: Veggie Cheese Omelette (without cheese), with 3 tomato slices instead of hash browns, and dry wheat toast

I love that most restaurants now post nutritional information on their websites, so you can get an idea of your options before you go.
