Favorite Sauces?

What are your favorite sauce(s) to put in wraps/subs??

Mine is barbecue!! And ketchup....

I use those two on pretty much everything.

Black bean sauce.  Hands down. : D

I love quick checks chipoltle bbq sauce on a chicken sub. mmmmm

I love tomato sauce. I was loving bbq sauce too until i learnt it has nearly double the calories of tomato sauce. I also love mustard :)

I love italian dressing or vinegar/oil. I put it on sandwiches in place of mayo. It's yummier and healthier...especially if we go to the bar and there's not much selection...customize your sammy

Hot sauce, all the way! I cook my chicken with it and make spicy chicken wraps. Hell, I put it on everything... even on perogies lol.

 me too! also any kind of salsa is great.

 & I love spaghetti sauce too. I like a good italian or french bread to dip in it. I don't know if this is weird but sometimes I'll heat up some fresh whole mushrooms and spaghetti sauce in the microwave and pour it over a salad for a quick dinner. Very good!

Hot sauce...we literally buy it by the gallon in this house...my son will use it like most people use ketchup!
