im more of a raspberries girl....and i can not go a day without an apple or two

rice cake w/ peanut butter (1 1/2 tsp) & 1/2 banana sliced on top - with a little sprinkle of ground flaxseed on top - tastes good & will take me right thru to dinner as long as I drink tea and/or water along with it!

If you like frozen blueberries - I recommend frozen mango. SO good!

I love 2 tablespoons of hummus and carrot sticks/red pepper slices!

Pretty much all fruits. I also enjoy 72% Dark Chocolate or Bitter sweet chocolate with tea.

Any kind of fruit...or cauliflower. Yum. Oh, or Emerald Cocoa Roast almonds.

I am such a fan of frozen blueberries...or a frozen banana.  Apples and oranges are a favorite too! And fresh pineapple (although it's very difficult to find good ones here), mango, or papaya.  I usually have 2-3 servings of fresh fruit a day, usually with some type of protein.  Good stuff.

Apples, Yogurt, Blueberries, Almonds, Strawberries with whipped cream, SF pudding or Jell-o, Cottage Cheese, Rice Cakes, Tootsie pops. :)

Crispbread cracker with a slice of real cheddar cheese or wedge of Laughing Cow garlic.  And a new fav - butterscotch pudding with a couple of crumbled ginger cookies.

Oy vey you kids are sooo good.  For a healthy snack I love all kinds of fruit especially any kind of berry or mangos.  If I'm gonna live a little, Kettle Chips - Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper flavour. Mmmmmm.  I've sworn off those for a minimum of 6 months and maybe won't even want them anymore once I'm feeling all good again.  Licorice, did I mention licorice?

oranges. just give me a fresh orange and i'll be very happy.

but if it's sour...not so happy haha.

Oranges rule.

Not tangerines though....too many seeds to deal with take the fun out of it :(

A smoothie that I take along in a "shaker" plastic jug with me on the go:

1 cup frozen fruit (whatever I feel like having)

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1/4 cup skim milk

1 tbsp honey

1 packet Splenda

blend thoroughly in a food processor or blender, and ready to go! Because this is thick it takes me longer to consume, and it's a great source of calcium, protein, extremely low in fat (you can omit the honey for a fat free), and amazing for pre or post-workout energy.

The above smoothie sounds awesome.

I must confess my favorite snacks are sometimes terrible for me (compared to all of yours).

Hi, my name is spacedreamer, and I'm a seasonal-candy-a-holic.

I just went out and bought two big bags of Sweethearts to put on my desk at work in a dish. I also love candy canes at christmas, candy corn at Halloween and peeps, egg shaped jelly beans and robin's egg whoppers at Easter.
