Salmon :D

Raw walnuts. Just amazing!

Mine is currently a veggie burger also, on a slice of toasted sprouted wheat bread topped with a fired egg (fried with smart balance) and one tbsp of salsa.  About 350 calories

or

1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup black beans, one tbsp of reduced fat sour cream, 2 tbsp salsa, and 2 cups romaine lettuce.  About 366 calories

YUM, I can't seem to get enough!

broccoli!!! i am addicted!!!

i eat it raw everyday at lunch with low-cal dressing.  i love steaming it too and pouring a little bit of melted light cheez wiz on it! so bright and green and delicious!!!!!!

Frozen peaches!   Sooooo good.  And they're really good for you too!  3/4 cup has 280% of vitamin C!  And they taste amazing.

Fage 0% greek yogurt.  I eat it everyday, for breakfast or snacks.  With Splenda and apple butter, or pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon or with FF whipped cream mixed in.

So versatile, yet packed with protein, and feels like dessert!

AHHH! Only one thing?!

  • Carrot cake oatmeal (with vanilla Greek yogurt "icing")
  • Blueberry pancakes
  • Raw nuts (pistachios, almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • Chobani yogurt (the BEST Greek yogurt out there!)
  • Fresh berries
  • Cottage cheese
  • Homemade hummus wraps with chicken and veggies
  • Strawberry salads
  • Curried chicken salad
  • Pita chips

I absolutely -love- baked Buttercup or Acorn Squash.
Toss some cottage cheese and Franks Red Hot sauce into the middle and it's so goood. (About 200cal for half a squash and 1/4cup cottage cheese)

Or pickles.

This stuff.  SO good.

I also discovered a lobster & avocado sushi from Trader Joe's today.  OMG heaven!

lovin Baba ganoush atm

I'm very into chicken at the moment..more so than usual anyway! =D

Boca Burger w/ a slice of melted FF cheese, and 2 slices of smart bacon, on a toasted bun!

Only 250 calories!  Yummy!

I recently discovered flatout flatbread

I've been making pizzas like crazy: 1 flatout flatbread light italian herb as the base (90), 17 slices Turkey Pepperoni (70), 1/4 cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese (45), 2 Tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (70), Vegetables (15)

Total of 300 calories

I love so many things - most of everything that's already been posted :)

But my current fave, for sheer health, fillingness and deliciousness is:

1 Shredded Wheat

1/2 c light Silk soy milk

1 large banana cut up on top

4 strawberries slices on top

250 cals and it keeps me full from 8am - 12!!

baked potato w/ tons of ketchup

DEFINITELY PURRED PUMPKIN @ BREAKFAST & WILD KING SALMON & LUNCH & DINNER --- ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN PRETTY OBSESSED WITH OMEGA-3 ENRICHED EGGS LATELY TOO (MIXED WITH OLIVE OIL & TUNA BELLY!)

Peanut butter.

Anything with peanut butter.

Yum!

Baked sweet potato with cinnamon...I like it for breakfast, such a break from oatmeal and cereal. (180 cals per cup)

Anything with cumin...I've made up an entire skillet meal this week only because I wanted something with cumin in it.  Brown rice, lean ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, corn, and some salt, pepper, basil, minced garlic and cumin...YUM.  (about 350 cals per serving and sooooo good)

Small Lender's cinnamon bagel (70 cals) with a tbsp. of whipped cream cheese (30 cals).

Lemon tea cookies that I made the other day... best cookies I've ever had!

Low carb tortilla 100 calories, 2 oz avocado 88 calories, ¼ cup fat free cottage cheese 40 calories, 2 ounces Smokehouse Turkey Breast 60 calories.

I eat this every day and it fills me up for a few hours.  I then snack on 1ounce of almonds.
