Favorite Time of the Day
What's your favorite time of the day? I guess I'm asking this at night..that's my favorite time to spend time on the internet or veg out on tv or read BUT my favorite time of the day I would guess is really the morning..that's when I am the most productive..love to exercise..feel happiest and the sun is coming up. Any thoughts?
I'm a night owl, happiest when it's 1AM-4AM...so quiet and peaceful.
Another night owl here, I love walking the dog (who is also a night owl) late night/early morning. Most people suffer from SAD in the winter I suffer from it in the summer.
I am a night owl as well. But I do enjoy a good early morning especailly if I don't have to go to work ;)
After the family goes to bed, is my favorite time of day. House is quiet, I can clean, read, relax... last night I actually went grocery shopping at 10pm! How's that for sad on a Friday night. ![]()

"Good morning birds
good morning trees
ohh what a lovely day
The suns so big it burns my eye
but really that's ok
A brand new day
more things to do
so many plans to make
I've had 6 cups of coffee
so I'm really wide awake"
Morning before I got to work is my favorite time to study 5-7am. Get my cup of coffee, I'm rested and good to go.
Evening just about dark is my favorite time to sit on the patio with my hub and have a fire in the pit and we can talk and look at the moon.
I like the morning. Before I've screwed anything up, before my eating has gone awol and I'm panicky and insecure and hating everything. Morning with a cup of tea in bed is my calm time.
I like the evening. Around 6-8PM, sitting at home with my husband, relaxing before I go to work. I change that time to 10-12PM when I work second shift.
If I'm not on call, I turn off my phone ringer, chuck it behind the sofa, and focus solely on Alex.
I guess I have to agree...morning is great for me for accomplishing things but I really enjoy the late evening for relaxing...reading, etc.
I'm a morning girl, I'm up every morning at 4:45am and I'm working out by 6am.
Today? 4:20.
Favorite time of day.....any day I wake up breathing. Id rather be 6 ft above ground than 6 ft below.
Im a morning person.
10 - 12 time frame, if i had a choice i would wake up around 9 ish and go work out btwn those time frames, then go about the rest of my day
Monday - Friday: Anytime after 430 (when i get off work!!!).
Saturday and Sunday: Morning for sure. I love it most when it's warm out and the weather is nice and my balcony door is open and I can hear the birds while sipping some coffee, looking over the roof tops in town to get a glimpse of the town square. Yes, that sounds the best.
When it comes to workouts, I prefer to hit the gym after work/before Dinner. If I workout too early in the day, I tend to eat more later. The busier I am, the less I snack. Saturday and Sundays are more 'activity' days, where I try to be outdoors as much as possible.

I wish I could wake up that early...I certainly would be more productive!
for me it would depend on what kind of day it is. during the holidays, i like the mornings best because i can sleep in (but i never wake up *too* late so i dont lose half my day), and enjoy my breakfast nice and slowly, and excersize if i want to. this ofcourse would have to be accompanied by good sunny weather :)
on schooldays, mornings definetely arent for me, so i guess afternoon would be best. that time i get home from school, when im not freaking out about getting all my homeowrk and studying done on time (that freak-out time is at night on schooldays:P).
Weekends, i guess nighttime is better, because i can eithr go out with friends and enjoy myself, or relax and watch movies in bed. thats quite nice.

I work 9am-7pm everyday so for me to be able to have relax time and get my work out in I have to get up that early. I'm working on pushing it back to 4am, so I can have 2 hours of me time and then work out. Of course I'm in bed by 8:30- 9:00pm every night. LOL.
that's the key...I need to go to bed earlier. When I take my daughter to early swim meets...I do that and feel so much better!
