What's your favorite (or favorites)?

I like Vegan with a Vengeance the best, and my runner up is probably "The Dirrrrty South Vegan Cookbook" zine.

I mostly use www.vegweb.com. It is so much fun. There are ratings and pictures for a lot of the recipes. I only have a couple cookbooks and don't use them that often. One is from the liberation collective which is an animal/human rights group. The other is a seventh day adventist book. I am not a member of the church but they make some great vegan foods such as big franks, veg scallops, basically all the canned vegetable protein foods.

Hands down, my favorite is "Passionate Vegetarian" by Cresent Dragonwagon.  A lot of her recipes also have vegan alternatives.  Yummy!
The book I have that I use most often is Foods That Don't Bite Back.  I find most of the cookbooks I have use recipes that call for ingredients I just never have around and would have to invest a lot of time and money into keeping them stocked.  I am always looking for books that keep it simple.
agree with ix about moosewood.  got to eat at the restaurant in ithaca a few years ago.  delicious.
Vegan With a Vengeance!
Hello everyone - this is an older book, but it has awesome pictures, and even more, delicious recipes...

I love Donna Klein's The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen. It doesn't try to veganize Mediterranean recipes. Instead she researched the Mediterranean cooking and found tons of originally vegan recipes. She made some little changes to some, which were almost vegan, to make them 100% vegetarian.

I really like it =) But it probably has to do with the fact I'm Mediterranean so the food really resembles what I grew up surrounded by.
If you are in the UK, this is my favorite cookbook.
