Lol at least someone responded to me :p  I like bob too.  I did cardio blast today and loved it.
I DO love your pic :D

i know...  like, where is everyone?  :(

I love Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred.... not cheesy and she gives you a good workout.

I love Zumba! With the Latin music and the dancing I have so much fun I don't even feel how exhausting it is, until it's over :)

I also love 30 day shred, But I have recently added to my collection, Jillian's No More Trouble Zones, which I love ... love love.. and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. Like them both.!!

I first started out with Tae Bo - I consider it my standard, "go to" workout.  I love it, and there are a lot of workouts to choose from.

I'm also a big fan of Turbo Jam.

If you want to consider something different like power yoga, I highly recommend Rodney Yee and Shiva Rea.

I really enjoy Jillians 30 day shred and both of her new videos mentioned above but am not a fan of the one biggest loser video I have (power sculpt).  I also have a Rodney Yee (Gaiam) power yoga DVD that is awesome and pretty challenging.

If you can get hold of them the Davina DVD's are awesome, did Superbody Workout at the weekend and can barely walk but after using them for a while I can definately see a difference in my bum and legs :)

Anything by Cathe Friedrich.

Hard Work Conditioning I and II by Patrick Godeau

Ripped 1000 by Jari Love

Great Weighted Workout (and oldie but a goodie) by Karen Voight

30 Day Shread

Turbo Jam! I especially like Fat Blaster and Ab Jam, but they are all good.

My favourite is Davina McCall's Super Body Workout (UK) too Smile.

Fabio Fitness - an oldie but goodie
