Either Carmina Burana: O Fortuna or something by Ramstein. How is that for a variety of taste.

I normally listen to ramstien or system of down, although for some reason eminem is good to and i dont like rap soo =]Laughing

My favorite workout song at the moment would be ''Move, Shake and Drop'' by Flo-Rida.

The beat is just AWESOME for exercising !

Anything by Mickey Avalon.

"Enter Sandman" by Metallica always makes me feel hardcore. haha.

"My Humps" by Black Eyed Peas

"Scotty Doesn't Know" Lustra

"Fighter" by Christina Aguilera

"I Just Wanna Live" Good Charolotte

"Crazy Train" Ozzy Osbourne

"Maniac" Michael Sembello

"Hey Ya" Outkast

- For one reason or another these usually put a little extra bounce in my stride when i'm jogging :)

"born to roll" - masta ace

i hit that on the ipod to sprint to the finish. that song makes me happy.

lady gaga - "just dance" + "poker face"

Nelly - "party people"

they're my mains, i usually listen to whatevers new until they're old lol

I use my ipod mostly for running or heavy cardio workouts and it has a mix of old and new. Mostly fast-paced to help me stay focused and fast. But when a song from my past starts -- Tainted Love, Violent Femms. U2, Price -- it always makes me smile.

Madonna

"Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" Daft Punk

I've found that M.I.A.'s whole Kala album is amazing to work out to!  It's really high energy and keeps you going!  My favourite is Bamboo Banga. :)

Bad Touch by the Bloodhound Gang gives ridiculous amounts of energy, and is also v. amusing and filthy.

Eye of the Tiger by Survivor? Seriously, how am I the first person to suggest this?

Fergilisious by Fergie

Hot N Cold - Katy Perry

La La Lie - Jack's Mannequin

Now That We're Done - Metro Station

Blue Steel - Brokencyde

Alice - Pogo

Earthquake - Family Force 5

Muevelo - Los Super Reyes

Bottle and a Gun - Hollywood Undead

my current workout playlist. (:

"Mercy" by Duffy "Viva La Vida" by Coldplay "Cry For You" By September "Great DJ" by The Ting Tings Love is Gone, Love Lockdown...there's tons. Pretty much anything high energy. But I read you shouldn't pick angry music.

Virtually anything by AC/DC, Body Rock - Moby, Plowed - Sponge, Pump it - Black Eyed Peas, Nice Shot - Filter, Fighter or Can't Hold Us Down - Christina Aguilera, Man Eater - Nelly Furtado, There's also a new 50 Cent track I heard this morning, Get Up!

I've also found some cool workout tracks under the podcast section on I-Tunes.  They're usually independent DJ's mastering their own tracks but some are pretty good and they're free.
