Rowing for shiz.

Yoga :)

Also, whatever stretches my muscles..so I can feel them getting stronger

No such thing as muscle toning or spot reducing- but for the best results fast weight lifting heavy and hard!!

Slim in Six. I love it and it has worked for me in the past. I've recently started up again about 2 weeks ago and seriously within the first 4 workouts (one per day) I see firming :)

Squats for that burn! Best part of a body pump class.

Dancing. Gets the heart rate up and works all the muscles if you do it right.

I love my walking lunges, holding a thirty pound sandbag on one shoulder. I can feel it in my abs, my legs, my butt.

I also like squats and deadlifts. Anything where I can feel every muscle in my body working.

I wish I could learn to love my cardio just as much. But its so damn boring!!!

Taebo. It took the fat off everywhere. and its so much fun. forty minutes will go by before you know it

I love a nice run =)

I just did a circuit I think you call it, lifting every body part for one set to warm up a little and then a second set of each to really get my muscles working.  Its all about the pump to me.  Its like the best drug in the world to me, it makes me feel so damn good.  Give it a try.  I would go more sets but I'm a little out of practice!

eight minute arms/abs/legs/buns, its on youtube, really does make a difference if you do it on a regular basis. Also, its really quick and easy to keep up.

Any compound exercise whether it is with free weights (bench, squat, deadlift, standing military press, and barbel row) or with body-weight exercises (push-ups, pull-ups/chin-ups, handstand push-ups, inverted rows, and dips).

I have actually decided to take a break from lifting for awhile and concentrate more on body-weight exercises. The DOMS I have been getting from body-weight exercises has been intense. I started a program where you do a certain exercise for 15 minutes. Over the 15 minutes, you do 3 reps every 10 seconds until you can't do anymore and then do three reps every 20 seconds, then every 30 seconds, etc.. Just keep going until the 15 minutes is up. I did that with push-ups on my knuckles, and by the end I was burning everywhere. The same with pull-ups/chin-ups. Every 10 seconds I would keep switching off between 3 pull-ups and 3 chin-ups. Then I also started doing the pull-ups and chin-ups in L formation which are extremely tough. Not only is it harder to pull yourself up, you really feel it in your core because you have your legs held out in front of you to make an L shape. You wouldn't think you could get a great workout in only 15 minutes doing body-weight stuff but it works.

My set up :

Tues - Inverted Rows / HIIT Body-Weight Squats

Thurs - Push-Ups/Incline Push-ups/30 minutes SS cardio

Sat - L Pull-Ups/L Chin-Ups/HIIT Body-Weight Squats

Mon - Handstand Push-Ups/30 Min SS cardio
