What is your favourite part about weight loss?
I know that losing weight can be extremely frustrating at times. So, remind yourself why you love losing weight!
I like:
- Tightening my belt notch when it gets too loose
- Being able to run longer distances without getting winded
- Being able to shop in "regular" stores
- Knowing that I'm treating my body right

My favorite part about weightloss is when other people notice the hard work. Also, nothing beats putting on a pair of jeans that you haven't worn in years and being able to not only button them, but zip them up without losing your breath.
I am just at the beginning of my weightloss journey, but I have found a few tips that really help shed the pounds without much effort. I wrote an article about it:
feeling sexy. im not gonna lie...lol having more fun buying clothes and getting dressed up. Feeling strong and powerful.
And don't forget all the compliments you get when you haven't seen someone in a while.
In a nutshell finding the correct process to 'own' the proper weight is what I like about my current plan. I'm no longer into diets but a way of life. That is what I want to figure out.
I love the tools at CC.
I can log every bite.
Log exercise.
I have the proof of exactly what's going on.
I'm on a quest to figure out a way of life in maintaining a proper weight.
I'm currently eating healthy and doing it all correct.
Now I WAIT for the new number.
And I wait
And I wait
And I wait
I want a permanent solution.
I'm finished with dieting.
As far as I can tell there is nothing left to do except
wait.

I couldn't agree more, I want to change many facets of how I live my life, that includes a healthy life style, eat right, portion control, and daily exercise not just to lose weight but to change my habits for good about these things.
It's fun, its an adventure and it feels a lot better then just a diet to lose weight

Definately my favourite part of weight loss, was last night.
I recieved my dance costumes for this years end of year performance, and instead of putting them on and dreading what it looked like, i slipped it on and was amazed that every thing fit perfectly or just a little too big.
I can't say how much that was a relief, as when i was measured for them i was at my skinniest, (because of starving myself) and since then had put on 13 pounds and have now lost 6 of those pounds and everything fits great!

My favorite part of weight loss is looking back at old photos and seeing a totally different person.
putting on an old pair of jeans, and running after my 3 year old
Not being concerned about the size of seats, on planes, in theaters, or that the seat belt will buckle around me. Just know you fit. Be it in a seat, in a pair of pants..just that you fit.
1) Never been actually overweight but still, I love to see that number on the scales go down!
2) Getting compliments, getting hit on, having girls be a little bit envious (what the heck, I figure I worked hard to have a BMI of 20 so I'm allowed to feel a little smug!)
3) Having that gap between my thighs, I think for me that's the best part.
4) Wearing little dresses, my old skinny jeans and having a whole stack of bikinis to choose from come summertime... and I'm in NZ so it's nearly summer already, yay!
5) Eating delicious healthy food, which makes my body and mind both feel so much better. Eating well and exercising are real boosts for my self esteem ![]()
