Favourite Work-Out DVD

Quote  |  Reply

Hi, I was just wondering what are your favourite indoors work-outs?

I run on a daily basis, swim and go horseback riding couple of times a week. Now that it's starting to get cooler, it's not another 2 months before it will be impossible to go running because of the rain.

I'm looking for something that is fun, and can be done on a daily basis. Something that moves every part of your body, but is not too easy.

Thanks .x

Try Tae-Bo. I know it sounds corny but it works. I lost 12 lbs in a month and I only did it like twice a week. It is definitely not easy.

I just got p90x, now that I have lost 80 pounds of fat. Its time to build pounds of muscle.

Power Yoga (Bryan Kest). I love him so much. :D You should get it. And it's not **** yoga either.

I LOVE Tae-Bo.  It really works up a sweat for me, which is fantastic.  c:  I really recommend this dvd for a cardio workout.  I also like Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, but don't do that every day like she said, because there's a lot of strength training involved.  I recommend every other day or a few times a week.

The Jillian Michaels videos work really well but they are also hard but you get good results!
