Sounds like a worthwhile thing to try.
I've never THOUGHT about using a plastic bag inside the Crock Pot???
What kind of plastic bag is that?
It's a special crockpot liner that you can buy, a lot like those oven roasting bags - they don't break down or melt when heated. I don't like using the liners because I really don't mind cleaning my crockpot. I can see where it would make things easier though.
