Ok Last Feb. we had our first Ab challenge so I figured why not again. 

10mins of exercise focused on Abs each day.  Take your waist Measurements on Feb 1st, post them here and we will retake them the last day of Feb and see how everyone did.

If you are interested let me know and I can/will post some great ab workouts for beginners up to some more challenging exercises.

10 minutes is all Im asking! and if you are doing the Minutes challenge, this gives you an extra 70 mins a week! :)

I need to work on the love handles too.
I'm in! I do 10 minutes of abs about 4 times a week as is, but this will motivate me even more! :D

I have never done ab's, sorry.  I am a newbie for that.  I walk 1 hour everyday fast pace level surface.  I bike too.  Other then that, I need to learn proper excercises for the abs.  So yes, I'm a newbie.

10 min of abs a day. That is a great way to get my back into the exercise routine.  Sign me up. I will post my measurements on the 1st. This sounds great!

I started tracking this when I started really working my abs hard months ago. I have been doing 15 minutes of ab work, 6 days/week. I have added weights in the last month and had phenomenal results (almost a six pack). My stats are posted in my profile. I have a great routine right now, but improvements can be made.

Maybe I can tweak my routine and add extra weight work or new exercises. I will join in on this. I don't have a lot of inches to lose, but anything is good!

When I started Last Jan. my waist was 36 inches and I dropped it down to 30 and now Im back up to 31.5 so I want to see those 20's!!!!

Im going to get that six pack back!
I will have to post my daily routine. A trainer at the Y gave me a plan and I have tweaked it and added or changed things to maximize my results. I think I will add it to my profile some time today. (Note to all that I have drastically changed my diet to lean foods and stick closely to a 30-30-40 balanced diet ratio. Also, I lift weights (great effort) 3-4 times a week.) These things are key to truly great abs!

I'm totally in.  The problem is, my waist seems to stick at 34.  So is it ok to focus on the midriff?  10 lbs up, 10 lbs down, waist was still 34.  Hmm.
I am up for this. I just need the exercise list so I have some idea what I am doing. Will measure this weekend and "Start Monday" if that is ok with u all.
