feb-roo-airy
Fe brew ary (accent on second syllable)
Feb-u-ary
(I know it's wrong but I let that one slide)

Same.
Feb-you-airy and Feb-roo-airy
I really couldn't tell you what determines when or why I pronounce it either way. I grew up all over the place and my word usage and pronunciation isn't easily tracked by region sometimes.
People say Febber-wary??! UGHHHHH! GROSS.
I've actually pronounced it both ways. Ha ha ha.

ya like that
Feb-u-ray
Feb-yuri (like Uri Gellar, the spoon-bender man!)
I usually say Feb-you-airy, but I try to say Feb-ru-ary since that's how it's spelled.
and when i'm pronouncing it slow and obnoxious (trying to make sure I pronounce the 'R' in there clearly), i say FEB-ROO-RARY.
Where I grew up, everyone says "Feb you wary" do I did too. Looking at how the word is spelled, I know that's not correct, but I have trouble making myself say it any other way without making myself sound like an idiot, so now its one of those words I try to avoid.
