But anyway, Welcome back for another month to all those who have done my previous challenges and welcome aboard to any newbies!
The challenge is pretty easy.

Ok, finally updated the list!
It's great to hear that so many of you are feeling really motivated for this up and coming month.
... And I'm sorry to say, this might be my last challenge.
In the previous month and this month, I just really haven't been in the mood for any of this.
Any of the dieting, exercise or challenge hosting.
I will finish this challenge and if my mood changes in the next 27 days then I might host the March challenge too, but if not then this'll be the end for me.
However if someone else (if i do decide to stop) wants to copy the challenge and start hosting it, that'd be great.
I think I'm in a rutt.
Although I wanted to move and felt like I would get depressed again if I didn't move, since shifting house, I've felt really out of place.
My room doesn't feel like my room.
My brother got my bed since my mum wanted his bed as a spare bed in my brothers room, so I have the queen bed that had been in the garage.
Sounds great to anyone else, I upsized!
But I'm a creature of habit and I miss my old lumpy, narrow, tiny, one-person-only bed.
Most of my stuff is still in boxes.
The room still smells like the past inhabitants.
It's got no personal touches.
Mum wont doesn't want to have to re-wallpaper it so I can't make it my characteristic Lime Green like I've had in my last 2 previous bedrooms.
My duvet doesn't match the wallpaper OR the drapes.
I don't like having carpet.
My bed doesn't have room under it for my art box so it's going to have to go in my cupboard.
...
I don't feel like I belong here.
I don't feel like I belong in my boyfriends house.
I don't feel at home anywhere.
Everywhere I go I just seem to be bludgering off someone else.
I'm so unstable that anyone would be insane to hire me so the chances of me getting a job is low, so I can't go find my own place to live.
... And I'd have to go flatting anyway so I'd STILL feel like I was imposing on someone elses home.

Hmmph.
Anyway, I gotta go txt my bf and see what he's up to and see if I can head down to his place to water my garden.
It's 5:16pm and I haven't heard anything from him so my borderline mind is screaming "He's dead, he's dead he's dead he's dead!" and like i'm just waiting for the phone call.

I'm sick. My sinuses are acting up, and I feel pretty groggy. I'm not sleeping well, and my dreams are full of anxiety, conflict and failure. Yuck. I cannot account for the weight gain between Thursday and Sunday. My last exercise was Friday. I worked through my weight routine along with some light cardio. I have been hungry for every meal...and not gone overboard, even with some indulgences (rum drink, chocolate candy). Despite the evil scale, I am sticking to January's "goal weight" of 240.
I didn't even call in sick today: a miracle that almost didn't happen. I wanted to go back to bed and go to sleep. Not sure this was the right choice. But anyway, results are not in my control, just the choices of actions and attitudes. Enough poor me! I stick to the plan, and salvage what I can: my attitude. It will be all right, okay, and I'm going to be fine. Let us all accept today's challenges!

Hi everyone! I am a cancer survivor, just beginning to get back into my life after a couple years of chemo, radiation and a recent bone marrow transplant. Have been cal counting for a week today and so fat less than 2 lbs gone! I hope that this will help me shed the extra weight by mid April, when I'm heading off to Mexico to visit a friend and will need to be in shape to keep up!
I have great trouble sticking to my calorie goal (esp when around those who eat too much) , or exercising for that matter. Hope this will keep me motivated.

What you are feeling is totally normal. I call it "mover's remorse". It's what happens when you really really REALLY want something to happen and then when it does and it doesn't live up to the idea you had in your mind, you end up feeling especially awful. Did you take that deep breath? It will get better. The first thing you need to do is make that room yours. Start with unpacking your boxes and putting all your things where you want them. Then go and buy yourself a scented candle. Putting your fragrance stamp on the room will help alot. You need to stop beating yourself up. There are plenty of yucky people out in the world that are willing to beat us up. We can't and shouldn't do it to ourselves. Please take care, and know that you are SO appreciated! ![]()

I missed the last Jan weigh-in, but I'm ready for a new month!!!
My stats have remained the same over the weekend, so my officially start weight is:

I am really looking forward to getting my butt in shape this month- getting back to the gym has really given me an energy and confidence boost.
Claire, I am sorry to hear about your hard time adjusting to your new place. I am the same way and tend to deal with changes slowly. It will all work out- once you start putting all your own things in place it will feel better. I agree that candles really do make a difference- I always feel more "at home" and relaxed when there is a candle burning in my home. My fiance jokes about how I stock up on candles whenever there is a sale, just to make sure I have a selection to pick from- depending on the season and what mood I am in.
