I can feeeel my (first) workout!!
SO I just did the accellerated sculpting workout from windsor pilates for the first time - well only 40 minutes out of the 52 minutes total, because I got nausea.. I can REALLY feel it in my thighs but also my arms for some strange reason .. but NOT my abs .. hmm .. maybe I should concentrate on using my core/powerhouse better..
any good experiences with that particular workout??

I do the 20min basic workout of hers. I like it a lot! I do have the 3-disc set, but I've never tried the accelerated sculpting workout. I used to do the basic one everyday and it worked out really well for me, and I probably would have been find to jump up to the accelerated sculpting one, but now that I just started doing it again, I'll have to give it some time before I try that one. Anyway, if you have the 3-disc set and want to feel your abs more, I would try the basic one. I can definitely feel my abs after that!
