Really struggled last week, met my calorie max of 1500 every day (unusual for me) and went for a Spa day fri which involved eatin out all day!
Was very very down n almost didnt weigh myself........WELL IM BLOODY GLAD I DID!!! Guys i lost 2 and half pounds!!!!!! Was so unbelievably shocked AND so so so HAPPPYYY!! have been so pleased since lol! Thats 11 and half altogether now.....my goal is gettin nearer and nearer and the comments are floodin in now!
I almost feel comfortable and more than anythin I am PROUD OF MYSELF!!!!!
I dont need reassurance or advice, I get dressed and I feel nice. I dont have to ask a million times if i look fat blah blah lol! I just feel quite satisfied at the moment and extremely extremely POSITIVE lol!
Feelin proud of myself is the nicest ever feelin, not beatin myself up for bein an idiot lol!!!

thats awsome!!!! Ya know I feel great today, minus being super tired and not wanting to be at work cause its monday, but because yesterday i wasnt lazy and I played my DDR on my wii and after that I actually put my wii fit in and did some strength training. Let me tell you after burning that 350-360 cals and working my muscles a little i feel much thinner and leaner today than I did all week. Ive been super good w. my cals like you so Im hoping in 4 weeks I will have dropped at least 3 lbs. I set that as my goal on my wii fit. Oh another great note is that on my wii fit it said that I reached my goal bmi of 25.68 or something like that. And it said I was 139.5 on the scale.
That's so awesome that everyone is doind such a great job!! I have not been doing so well the last 2 weeks and I'm still weighing at a measley 147.2 lbs and I started at 150 about 1 month ago. I lost the first 3 lbs the first week and have been struggling to lose anymore since.....It makes me so frustrated because I feel like I diet and exercise for nothing! I haven't been trying as hard as I should be, so this week it's time for change!! I want to lose at least 1 lb by next monday!!!

Good luck. You can do it. Just make sure you log everything you eat and make sure you eat some fruits or veggies for your snacks. When I first started I logged everything I ate.
Keep up the great work!!! :) I had a similar moment this morning when I weight myself and I'm in the 140's for the first time in 5 years or so!!! :) It's those little things that make you feel so great!
