I Feel So Accomplished!!

Quote  |  Reply
Today is my third day in a row without binging, which is a record for me! The most I was able to do in the past was go one day without binging, and then binge the next day. I even made brownies for this church dinner thing tonight, and I'll admit I ate a bit and I felt like binging on chocolate afterwards, but I ate a small salad and some flavored water and left the kitchen. I just thought I'd share this and show that it is possible to regain control of yourself : )

YAAY!!!!  One day at a time is how it works!!!  You hold the KEY!!!!  Laughing  Very proud of you, my CC friend!!

Congratulations!  You're on your way to a binge-free lifestyle :-)

I'm still waiting for my streak to kick in - I think I'm at about a week.  I had some baked lays last night and my fruit popsicles the other day - they're OK, but they're not healthy :-)
