I SHOULD feel bad, but it was way too worth it
I would just like to let everyone know that today i completely blew my diet. Oh yeah. I did. And not just at dinner time. ALL FRIKKIN DAY LONG!
I had bacon, eggs, toast and butter, and sausages for breakfast, along with a nice tall glass of chocolate milk.
Lunch was a peanutbutter banana and jam sandwhich and two waffles with a load of butter and maple syrup. Mmmm more chocolate milk to drink here!
Dinner was a cheeseburger and onion rings with a can of coke, and a hot fudge banana sundae for dessert (toppings include peanuts and whipped cream!)
Oh, and just before I went to bed I had an apple turnover with icing. YUMMY.
I ate so much stuff that I've been craving forever. Should I feel bad? yes. Do I? F*&@ no!
My stomach hurts and I feel like a weigh 200 lbs (i was 132 this morning, but I'm sure the scale will give me a nasty number tomorrow) but it was sooo worth it. 125 is my goal weight, and I didn't even plan to be reaching that goal for another month. so. I guess I wont be finishing early but this is the first time since i started dieting and exersizing (which was in september, ill have you know..) that I blew it. IT WAS AMAZING!
Just thought I'd share my day with everyone. i enjoyed it. lol.

Don't look for too awful a number... 3500 calories in a pound... Somehow even with all that food I doubt you ate 3500 more calories than what your body needs...
It takes a lot more than a day long binge to see results... But don't use this as an excuse to binge more... Once or twice a month at most...

haha maybe i should go eat another apple turnover. just you know....2nd bedtime snack. lol.
or not...id like to wear that bikini this summer and still have ten or so pounds to go.
Thanks for this post. I did a little blowing of the diet today too. I had take out lasagna, from a good Italian restaurant, complete with meatballs and garlic bread! mmmmm For lunch I made some comfort food, egg noodles and eggs, something my mom used to make us when we were low on money. I was feeling sick today and sorry for myself so I just said I was giving myself a break.
I'm glad to be able to come here and 1.) find others in the same mindframe as me and 2.) find that even without thinking I still didn't eat so much that it will show on the scale. I hope I get better soon so I can get back to exercising, but man that food was goooooood. Oh, and I ended the day with a breyers ice cream bar!
